Using vinyl letters in your handmade projects will add a finished professional touch that is easy to create.

Applying vinyl letters to your projects is not only easier than drawing each letter by hand but it is also a lot faster.

The hand painted birthdays sign isn't as smooth as vinyl letters. With each letter, you can see brush marks with bumps and waves in the straight lines.

Vinyl letter stickers stuck directly onto the painted wood will take less time to apply than painting each letter. The end result will have a professional finish.

Alternatively, a paint mask applied to the wood and painting the letters will give a hand painted finish but with neater results.

This Height chart has a plain and simple design with friendly looking numbers. With the matching height markers it's a wonderful way to chart your child's growth.

Solve the age old argument of who is taller by adding a growth chart to your home, fun for children and adults.

There are different sizes in both metric and imperial. The small sizes will suit the average child up to the age of 12. The larger size is taller than the average height of most people. We can customise the size to go even taller if you think you'll need it, or a taller design will look better in your home.

You can keep track of your children's growth by adding markers to the wall.

  Take a photo once a year on their birthday.

• Grandparents
  Perfect to add all your grandchildren's heights to see how fast they are growing! Great if they never visit at the same time so you know who is taller.

The design comes in an easy to fit kit form. When putting the design up you will need a little precision when you are preparing to apply the decal. It is fully possible to apply this decal on your own, but with two it will go a lot faster and easier. Depending on how tall you are you may need a ladder of stool or stand on.

1. Measure from the bottom of the floor and mark in a light H pencil the height the design goes up to on the wall.
   
2. Use masking tape to fix the design to the wall, use the mark you made to line up the top of the design.
   
3. With a spirit level hold it against the design. Line up the edge of the vinyl height markers with the edge of the spirit level. Use masking tape to make sure the design doesn't move.
   
4. After double checking the design is in the right place slowly peel the backing paper away from the vinyl at an slanted downward angle. 
5. You will need to rub on the top of the application paper to a fix it to the wall. It may peel off again while you are peeling the backing paper away but if you go slowly enough you will be able to press the vinyl back on the wall.

This design is perfect for a kitchen or dining room. Do you have fussy eaters or do people complain you are a terrible cook? Give them two choices for the menu, take it or leave it!

The vinyl come in kit form for easy application. If you have a bit more space on your wall, you can cut up the design and re-arrange in your own design. The knife, fork and spoon, '1. take it.' and '2.leave it.' are easy to cut out and re-arrange. You could change the design by placing the options next to each other on the same line.

Another idea is to completely remove the knife, fork and spoon and use them to put on kitchen cabinets, fridges or drawers.

This is the beauty of fitting your own design, to come up with something that suits your taste!

The stickers come backed on a sheet of application paper for cutting around to separate the design. You are free to arrange the hearts in your own design; a neat three by three pattern or a creative scattered pattern around the room.

• A neat organised 3 by 3 Pattern
  This arrangement involves measuring your wall to get the pattern straight. You will need to decide how high up and how far in from the edges of the wall you want the pattern to sit. The easiest way is to measure where you want the centre heart to go and temporarily fix the heart with masking tape before you apply it to the wall. You can use this centre point to measure out how far you want the other hearts apart from each other.
• In a Straight Line
  This pattern is best applied using a spirit level to draw a straight line in light pencil across the wall. Using this line you can arrange the hearts to be placed along it. Use masking tape to fix them in place while you stand back from the wall to judge if they are straight, a lot of tweaks might be needed before you are happy!
• Scatter around the room
  A fun and easy way to put them on the wall! The hearts just need to be cut around and then dotted around the room.
  
• On Furniture
  Vinyl will stick to almost any surface as long as it is flat and smooth, like wooden wardrobes, metal fridges or plastic boxes.
• Book Covering & Journals
  The small sizes we have for sale will fit neatly onto school books to cover and decorate them.
  
• On Windows
  The vinyl these heart stickers are printed on will stick to windows.
  
• On Cars
  These hearts can go on cars too, if you ask us we can print these on gloss vinyl that will match with the glossy finish of your car. They will last up to a year with outdoor use in sunlight before they start to fade and become less vibrant.
